Payment

All payments are taken through Protx and are therefore processed through their secure website. MiniSideKicks.com does not hold and does not process any credit card information on our site whatsoever.

Return/Cancellation Policy

We are happy to cancel and refund any orders providing the modelling work has not been initiated, as we understand personal circumstances many change from time to time. If the work has been initiated, the total amount refundable will be dependent upon the stage of the work;

• Before the artist commences work; we will refund you 100% of the order.
• After the artist commences work but prior to SHIPMENT; we will refund you 50% of the order.
• After the model has been shipped; NO REFUNDS at this point.

All finished products are an artistic impression of the photographed subject and are therefore non-refundable in accordance to the Distance Selling Regulations.

Damaged Goods Policy

We will be willing to replace anything that has been damaged due to defect or shipping as long as it is reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will need a photograph of the defect and in addition the product returned to process to the refund.

All refunds for damages are discretionary and do not affect your statutory rights.

Postage

All products will be posted free of charge using Royal Mail Standard (2nd) Class Post to mainland UK addresses only.

For recorded delivery to a UK mainland address, an optional fee of £3.95 is available at checkout.

MiniSideKicks.com will not be held responsible for any damages or loss caused by Royal Mail. According to Royal Mail, a parcel is only deemed lost after 15 working days.

International Shipments

We reserve the right not to process orders from countries with high incidents of credit card fraud. Some countries may charge additional taxes or custom duties/fees upon delivery which are not included in the price.

Time Scale

All models are handcrafted, hand painted and hand packed. There is a total of 5 different points of QC checks along the process to ensure your mini sidekick reaches you in the condition it was meant to.

We commit ourselves to in providing you with a QUALITY service and will furnish you with a finished product within 3 weeks upon receiving an appropriate photograph. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, this may be delayed.

MiniSideKicks.com will not be held responsible for any loss or damage(s) of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to MiniSideKicks.com

Responsibility

These terms above shall not limit any rights you might have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law nor shall they exclude or limit MiniSideKicks.com liability for death or personal injury resulting from neither its negligence nor any fraudulent representation.

MiniSideKicks.com will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniSideKicks.com excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to MiniSideKicks.com and MiniSideKicks.com shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

• any incorrect or inaccurate information on MiniSideKicks.com;
• any interruptions to or delays in updating MiniSideKicks.com or the sub-domain(s), external domain(s) or thereof;
• any loss or damage resulting from your use of the inability to use the MiniSideKicks.com web site or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
• any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something MiniSideKicks.com have done wrong;
• any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user’s computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading MiniSideKicks.com, or from transmission via emails or attachments received from MiniSideKicks.com

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which is available to you.

General

MiniSideKicks.com may change or withdraw any part of MiniSideKicks.com or any sub-domain(s) or external domain(s), or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

MiniSideKicks.com may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of MiniSideKicks.com and any sub-domain(s) or external domain(s) or thereof upon breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions whatsoever.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and MiniSideKicks.com and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Use of MiniSideKicks.com and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If any portion of this terms and conditions is illegal or unenforceable, such portion(s) shall be excluded from this to the minimum extent required and the balance of this Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
